90% of users in interviews said they want to see Portfolios and Reviews when looking for a photographer. So that's what we focused on.
We conducted mid-fi testing and found our results lacking. We decided to focus on navigation and visual cues to help users better find the information they were looking for
We developed a prototype for user testing.
33% of users found her services.
50% of users found her FAQ's.
100% of users found a way to book but agreed there wasn't as much information as they would like to feel comfortable booking a session with her.
Adding the Step-by-Step Process
To enhance user confidence in the booking process, we have implemented a step-by-step explanation during the booking process, providing users with a clear overview of their bookings.
Adding Even More FAQ's
We also added more FAQs in more prominent locations and clarified the UI to indicate that it was a FAQ section.
